Software Installation Tutorial
Software Installation Instructions:
- Load the two software installation keys, āzite0hMnā and āpublic.pemā onto the USB-C flash drive (Note that the installation keys only need to be loaded onto the flash drive once and will work for all future software upgrades)
- Connect the flash drive to the port labeled āUSB-Cā on the VM-2000
- Enter the settings on the VM-2000 by selecting the gear icon on the home screen
- Select āService Menuā
- Select āUpgrade/Installā
- Enter ā1 2 3 4ā on the keypad and select āUNLOCKā
- In the Firmware Update screen, use the drop down menu to select the desired software version to install and press āUPDATEā
- The VM-2000 will automatically reboot after the software upgrade is complete (Note that the software update may take up to two minutes to complete)
- A dialogue box will appear with an āUpdate Successfulā message upon rebooting
Note: Contact customer support if any failures occur while attempting to update software
